Classy Craig is a Chrome extension. Extensions are small software programs that can modify and enhance the functionality of the Chrome browser.

Once you install Classy Craig you can continue to browse craigslist.org as you always have but Classy Craig will instantly upgrade the look. In addition it provides powerful new features to enhance your use of craigslist.

We have no set timeframe for the beta period. We will officially launch when Classy Craig is ready.

No. Unfortunately Chrome for Mobile does not support extensions. Learn more here.

Currently Classy Craig is only available for Google Chrome. Versions of the extension for other browsers is not out of the question but is not currently in active development.

Currently your user account and options is the only data that is synced.

Classy Craig's watch system monitors your watch posts for changes. If Classy Craig finds a change it will alert you of the change with a notification. Notifcations can be viewed in a variety of ways. When you are on craigslist you can view them in the header bar. You can also click the Classy Craig extension icon in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser.

Chrome Notifications are an additional way that you are alerted of new notifications. Chrome Notifcations appear in the corner of your screen any time Chrome is running. You don't have to be currently using Chrome to see them. Chrome Notifcations are only included in Classy Craig Pro.

Maybe. This would require a significant amount of time. It is low on the priority list.

Classy Craig Pro is a paid upgrade that provides more frequent watch checks, more watched posts, Chrome notifications and more!

Classy Craig Pro will not be officially available until after the beta period. But you can access all of the features of Classy Craig Pro during the beta period for free by creating an account and logging in to your account within the extension.

Classy Craig will always have a free version. Classy Craig Pro enables us to continue to support and develop Classy Craig. Thank you for supporting our continued efforts!

Classy Craig Pro is the same Chrome Extension as Classy Craig Free. Click on the Classy Craig logo in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser. On the popup that appears click "Sign In". Sign in with your Classy Craig account to activate all of the Pro features.

Removing/uninstalling Classy Craig from your computer does not cancel your subscription. You will have to manually cancel your subscription first.

Visit your My Account page to manage your subscription.

The changes you make to your subscription will influence your next scheduled payment.

For example, if you started a monthly subscription on January 1st, 2017 and cancel it on January 15th, 2017 your subscription will remain active until February 1st, 2017.

If you are having any problems cancelling your subscription, or would like to also request a refund, please send us a message.

We bill based on the day you started your subscription.

We currently only offer a monthy subscription.

Our Classy Craig Pro subscription has a 30-day refund policy. Customers can try it and if they are unsatisfied, they can cancel their subscription within 30 days. Classy Craig will offer a refund. Contact us to request a refund.
